Evelyn has more than 25 years of experience in customer service, including 10 years in Medical Office Administration with a primary focus on Medical Billing.
She is passionate about providing excellent customer service to patients by assisting with scheduling and answering billing-related questions. Evelyn also enjoys advocating for patient care by working closely with insurance providers to help ensure authorizations are approved. As a Certified TMS Technician, she is honored to be part of each patient’s journey to recovery through this non-invasive treatment.
Outside of the office, Evelyn is an adventurous eater who enjoys trying new restaurants around town. She also loves cooking for her family and spending quality time with them.
